These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Clean That Window and the “Customer.” By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

Satisfaction Guarantee

24-Hour Reporting:

Any concerns with the service must be reported within 24 hours of completion.
Resolution:

We will return to inspect and re-clean any affected areas free of charge. Issues reported after 24 hours will not be covered.

Scope of Service

Complete Clean Guarantee:

Every scheduled clean includes all glass, frames, and doors as standard.

Exclusions:

Our standard cleaning service does not include the removal of paint, cement, mortar, or construction debris. Please discuss a separate quote for any such work required.

Pre-existing Damage & Liability

Pre-existing Conditions: We are not liable for scratches, manufacturing defects, or damage that becomes visible after cleaning.
Brittle Materials: We accept no responsibility for damage to aged or brittle materials such as plastic vents, trims, or worn seals.
Water Ingress: We are not responsible for leaks caused by faulty seals, poorly maintained windows, or windows/doors left open or unsecured.

Notifications & Access Requirements

Text Reminder:   Text message will be sent the evening before your scheduled clean.
Access Requirements:
 The Customer must ensure clear and easy access to all areas of the property that require window cleaning. Gates must be unlocked and any obstructions moved prior to our arrival.
Non-Access: If access cannot be gained to part of the property, we will clean only what is accessible. The full quoted price will still apply.

Weather Policy

We operate in the rain. Our pure water system is effective in wet conditions. No refunds or re-cleans will be offered due to rain.
Our work may be postponed in extreme weather conditions such as high winds or lightning where safety is compromised.

Cancellations and Postponements

Notice Period: 

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellation:

Cancellations made with less that 24 hours notice of the scheduled visit, will be charged at 100% of the service cost.

Annual Plan / Regular Scheduled Serice Cancelletion:

For Annual Plans the Customer is required to provide 7 days notice prior to their next scheduled serivce.

Payment Terms

All cash payments should be arranged in advance of the work being carried out.

Annual plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice.

Changes to Terms

Clean That Window reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
